Garde Manager: They report as the sous chef, head chef, sous chef, and executive chef. Job Purpose: organises kitchen operations and prepares and serves various dishes while supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade. Promotes the desired work company value

General Duties and Responsibilities: Garde Manager

The ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder with a banqueting background. Coping has a significant function. Garde Manger Mezzeh Chef Salad will work with his team to present the most delicate food, from Arabic meze to European dishes like Galantine hot snacks.

Responsibilities: Garde Manager

  • The garden manager chef has many responsibilities besides preparing and plating food items. Garde’s manager cooks will ensure the cold station is clean at night’s end. Also, the food is stored safely for the next day’s use.
  • He will also take care of storing and maintaining the equipment. Training and supporting junior members of the brigade
  •  Ensuring Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at all times.
  • We are maintaining the high standards of the establishment and working to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Garde manager cooks will also work with the other cooks to ensure the walk-in, cold storage, and inventory of commonly used items are kept clean and in proper order. Cooks may be responsible for performing their inventory. Please find out how fresh the items are before using them.
  • The Garde manager may ask to perform additional tasks for the chef or sous chef. The cook should perform these tasks quickly and to the best of his ability. The garden manager and chef will possess a broad knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
