• The candidate must have worked in the field for at least five years.
• I planned, made, and served all food and drinks according to quality standards. This process aligned with what the client and the company wanted while ensuring the customer was happy.
• Prepare menus and use standardised recipes.
• Manage the quality, presentation, and service of the food to meet the standards set by the boss or superior.
• Watch how food is handled, packaged, and kept, and ensure stock rotation methods are used.
• Food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards should be known
• A certificate in culinary arts is an added advantage.
