Motor Rewinder of motors used in various electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to one- or three-phase machines

Test the condition of the windings.
Illustrate and document all relevant data specific to the unit’s features, such as radiation operating conditions, existing damage, or intended serviceability.
Dismantle and strip damaged or useless digital equipment.
Prepare all reusable parts for rewinding and inspect renewed parts for hidden structural damage or unusual conditions.
Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to 1-phase or 3-phase DC fields, armatures, wound rotors, and transformers. Observe proper insulating techniques and requirements during rewinding.
Test the rewound electromechanical equipment using EASA AR100 and document the results.
Complete the required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
Some tools offered are cut-off saws, burnout joints, cranes, trucks, units, dip tanks, video vehicle systems, etc. Doing jobs that include, but are not limited to, testing tools and using special equipment to look for lux.
Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (especially eye and ear protection).
According to the supervisor’s instructions, keep the workspace tidy and clean.
As the supervisor directs, carry out additional skilled and non-skilled tasks.
