Catering Project Manager
Catering Project Manager Last Mile FIFA World Cup 2022. The candidate must have vast experience with a prior sporting total. The salary is QR 20,000 inclusive of all benefits a pay manager offers.
Purpose of Position
Before and after the FIFA 2022 Qatar World Cup, this job will plan and run catering services at different sites. This role will be responsible for project planning, contract management, and mobilization delivery. The site says a manager halts catering services for paid staff, freelancers, and volunteers across officials.
Catering Project Manager: Key Accountabilities.
Planning and Operations Management.
- Manage and ensure the company’s daily operations run smoothly before, during, and after the FIFA World Cup 2022.
- The agreed amount of service follows, and the service provider is per the contract specifications.
- Plan and check the organization has followed stadium access policies, including personnel accreditation, vehicle permits, MDR 6, etc.
- Work with the dining Project Team (CAT) throughout the planning process to prepare the dining areas for service levels.
- Lead the bump in/out, ensuring that spaces and equipment are entirely vacated on schedule and per specifications.
- Responsible for planning the Management and delivery of goods to venues before, during, and after the event.
- According to HACCP 3 and Qatari law, food preparation needs a plan and resources to back it up.
- Help finish up product specifications, ideas for food and drink menus, and the work scope for each category.
Planning and Operations Catering Project Manager
- She oversaw FOH and BOH planning, focusing on utility systems and equipment to deliver comprehensive food service space.
- Develop and define standard operating policies for the company, ensuring that these adhere to the contractually agreed level of service.
- Escalate issues to CAT that can’t be resolved in the venue or may affect third parties or other tournament departments.
- Design and develop all necessary collateral phases, such as daily run sheets. Delivery schedules and operational plans. Policies and procedures for each venue and working group. Venue Managers, Back of house staff, and floor supervisors employees.
- Ensure that any stock on site is stored and rotated to minimize waste.
- We are implementing standards established by Q2022, Host City Operations, and CAT.
- Manage talent selection and certification candidates for designated venues’ hiring process and choice, adhering to the FIFA Worker Welfare directive.
- Manage the training program for hired workers and ensure all employees have required training before deployment to venues.
- Direct, monitor, and review the venue teams to ensure they complete their allocated tasks as part of the overall. Achievement of the business plan and that they are fully aware of the tournament goals.
- Allocating work schedules, quality checks, and continuous assistance and training are all part of catering staff line management.
- Must be responsible for the timely submissions of the Timeline Deliverables as stipulated on the Scope of Works.
- Ensure your projects and workstreams progress and meet deadlines by learning about critical dates, outputs, and milestones.
- Ensure all risk assessments, Food Safety, and Allergen Management checks.
- Attend meetings with Catering Service Providers, FIFA World CupTM stakeholders, and other clients or partners on behalf of the company.
- Ensure Catering Service Providers comply with all national, municipal, and international health, food, and hygiene rules and regulations.
- Provide ongoing reports to General Manager and the client regarding the monthly progress and activities on the various projects. Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, and daily progress reports as Management and outside parties require.
- Manage the budget and expenditures for the project. Ensure that budget management is updated, tracking internal and external stakeholders by monitoring costs against the planned budget.
- Develop a process for and oversee the collection of information, data, and supporting materials required after the tournament audit.
- Reporting staff functions ensure that their operations perform as expected in job descriptions.
Health and Safety
- Meet health and safety obligations for the business, ensuring personal safety in differing work environments for all employees.
- Ensure everyone knows and follows the health and safety rules set by the tournament directors.
- Find accidents, incidents, and hazards at work and report them right away.
- Wear prescribed personal protective equipment at all times as directed by the business.
- Ensures that all allegations of harassment and unfair treatment conduct are.
- Participate in local health and safety meetings, audits, and actions as needed.

- Experience and understanding of front and back-of-house operations involved in excellent hospitality guest experience.
