Job Description

Purpose of Position: Catering Project Manager. Before and after the FIFA 2022 Qatar World Cup, this job will plan and run catering services at different sites. Catering Project Manager: Key Accountabilities.

  • Help finish up product specifications, ideas for food and drink menus, and the work scope for each category.

Planning and Operations Catering Project Manager.

  • She oversaw FOH and BOH planning, focusing on utility systems and equipment to deliver comprehensive food service space.
  • Develop and define standard operating policies for the company, ensuring that these adhere to the contractually agreed level of service.

  • Manage the training programme for hired workers and ensure all employees have received the required training before deployment to venues.
  • Direct, monitor, and review the venue teams to ensure they complete their assigned tasks to achieve the overall business plan and are fully aware of the tournament goals.
  • Allocating work schedules, quality checks, and continuous assistance and training are all part of catering staff line management.
  • Must be responsible for the timely submission of the timeline deliverables as stipulated in the scope of work.

Administration: Catering Project Manager.

  • Ensure your projects and workstreams progress and meet deadlines by learning about critical dates, outputs, and milestones.
  • Ensure all risk assessments, food safety, and allergen management checks.
  • On behalf of the company, attend meetings with catering service providers, FIFA World CupTM stakeholders, and other clients or partners.

Health and Safety Catering Project Manager.

  • Meet health and safety obligations for the business, ensuring personal safety for all employees in differing work environments.
  • Ensure everyone knows and follows the health and safety rules set by the tournament directors.
  • Find accidents, incidents, and hazards at work and report them right away.
  • Follow the business’s instructions and wear the recommended personal protective equipment.
  • Ensures that all allegations of harassment and unfair treatment conduct are.
  • As needed, participate in local health and safety meetings, audits, and actions.
