API and AI ML Developer

Your Mission: API and AI ML Developer journey

  • Develop powerful RESTful/GraphQL APIs that connect our front-end and back-end systems
  • Integrate third-party APIs (OpenAI, payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, and more)
  • Work with cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) for model training & deployment
  • Optimise API performance, security, and scalability to handle real-world traffic
  • Collaborate with our full-stack developers to seamlessly integrate APIs into web applications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation for the development team
  • Deploy NLP models and data pipelines that actually make a difference

What We Need From You

API and AI ML Developer

AI and ML Developer Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in Python/Node.js (you know your way around both)
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow – not just tutorials!)
  • Solid knowledge of NLP, data pipelines, and model deployment in production
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, or similar)
  • Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB – can write efficient queries)
  • Knowledge of API security best practices and authentication methods
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of Redis/caching strategies
  • Docker and containerization experience
  • Previous work in recruitment or HR tech
