WordPress Manager & Graphic Designer + Social Media – Mahad IT UAE Location: Abu Dhabi / Remote Company: Mahad IT UAE. Position: Graphic Designer + Social Media & WordPress Manager What You’ll Be Doing: Are you a creative powerhouse who can design, post, and manage digital presence? We’re looking for a multi-talented creative professional to handle visual content, social media growth, and WordPress maintenance across all Mahad Group brands (Mahad Resume, Mahad Rank, Mahad Hosting, Mahad Manpower).
WordPress Manager& Graphic Designer + Social Media
Your Creative Mission:
- Design eye-catching social media creatives, infographics, posters, reels, and ad campaigns
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and seasonal trends
- Maintain and update WordPress websites (themes, plugins, basic SEO optimisation)
- Support the SEO team with custom graphics for blog posts and landing pages
- Create professional branding assets (logos, brochures, pitch decks, presentations)
- Collaborate with the development team for website visuals and UI graphics
- Analyse social media performance and optimise content strategy
- Create engaging video content for reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
What We Need From You: WordPress Manager
Design Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of Canva Pro and Figma for quick designs
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and colour theory
- Experience designing for different social media platforms and formats
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
- UI/UX design principles for web graphics
Graphic Designer + Social Media Expertise:
- Experience in social media content creation and scheduling (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best posting practices
- Community management and engagement strategies
- Analytics tracking and performance reporting (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics)
- Paid social media advertising experience (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Knowledge of hashtag research and trending content creation
WordPress Skills:
- WordPress administration (themes, plugins, updates)
- Basic HTML/CSS for custom modifications
- SEO optimisation using plugins (Yoast, RankMath)
- Responsive design understanding
- Website security and backup management
WordPress Manager Bonus Skills:
- Experience with email marketing design (Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
