Job Summary: Salesperson

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our dynamic team at Mahad Manpower. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for salespeople.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • They have created and presented detailed salesperson plans to management, outlining goals, timelines, and tactics.

2. Client Acquisition and Management

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Mahad Manpower’s services and capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

3. Sales Execution and Performance

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Monitored sales performance and provided regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
  • Utilised CRM software to track and manage sales activities, client interactions, and pipelines.

4. Industry Knowledge and Expertise

  • As a salesperson, stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the professional network and promote Mahad Manpower.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.

5. Customer Service and Relationship Building

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up with clients post-placement to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients for business and referrals.

6. Team Collaboration and Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Mentored and supported junior sales team members, sharing best practices and sales techniques

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • We have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
