High Voltage Technicians

High Voltage Technicians Modifying, putting and mending generation and distribution equipment. Also, cleaning, changing and repair of Electrical equipment. Troubleshooting distribution lap as well as making equipment. Emergency cutouts and renewal of equipment and power lines.

Job Description:

• Shall have training work experience in Power, Oil & Gas. Maintenance activities with a minimum of 6 years experience in Electrical. Also, Maintenance work in 33kV & 11kV Electrical distribution systems, including 33kV. Also, Overhead lines and high voltage underground cables. 33kV & 11kV agent, high voltage Contactor, 11kV and 415V Electrical distribution solution, related relay panels and street torch.
• Operation and routine, penal support, regular check on live line washing & Street Light support, Overhaul. Additionally, we repair the crash of 33kV on high lines and 33kV, 11kV and 415V feeders. Also, HV cables, leave Transformers, Reactors, Capacitor Banks and all other high voltage outdoor and indoor equipment.
• Carry out fault finding and repair on high voltage Medium Voltage (MV) on high lines. Also, HV Transformers, Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, and many others.
• Familiar with support and repair of Batteries, AC/DC UPS.
• Familiar with Electrical Switching and Segregation procedure
• Experience in Overhead line support and repair.
• Experience with Earthing and Lighting system support.

Requirements: High Voltage Technicians

• Completion of Secondary (12 years) education
• Electrical Engineering Diploma or similar level.
