Drilling Machine Operators Job Requirements

Position: Drilling Machine Operator
Machine Type: Heavy-duty drilling equipment (as shown in images)
Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in similar drilling operations
Industry: Construction/Infrastructure/Geotechnical

Salary & Benefits Package

✅ Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty drilling machines safely and efficiently
  • Perform site preparation and equipment setup
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on drilling equipment

  • Maintain accurate drilling logs and reports
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and team members
  • Ensure quality standards are met for all drilling operations

Required Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience operating drilling machines
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
  • Physical fitness for outdoor construction work
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability to work in UAE climate conditions
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma in mechanical/civil engineering
  • Previous Gulf experience
  • Equipment maintenance knowledge
  • Familiarity with geotechnical drilling

Working Conditions

  • Work Schedule: 8-10 hours per day, 6 days per week
  • Environment: Outdoor construction sites across UAE
