Cleaning Company Abu Dhabi: We’re looking for meticulous Cleaners to join a well-established cleaning company in Abu Dhabi. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness in commercial spaces (offices, malls, hotels) and residential properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas in commercial and residential settings.
- Handle specialised cleaning tasks as required, such as window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and floor polishing.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or damages.
- Follow safety protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning products in compliance with company and UAE regulations.
- Respond promptly to client requests and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
- Work efficiently in teams or independently, adhering to assigned schedules and locations across Abu Dhabi.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills
Cleaning Company Abu Dhabi: Required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in professional cleaning (commercial or residential) is required.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- Physically fit to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
- Age between 21 and 45 years.
Cleaning Company Abu Dhabi: Preferred
- Previous experience working with a cleaning company in the UAE or GCC region.
- Valid UAE residence visa with NOC for transfer.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices and modern cleaning equipment.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
