Sewa Jobs: We seek a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle enquiries and support SEWA-related services in Dubai. The role involves assisting customers with billing, account management, and service requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The ideal candidate is communicative, detail-oriented, and familiar with utility services in the UAE.

Sewa Jobs Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding SEWA services, including electricity, water, and gas accounts, via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and service activation/deactivation requests accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Educate customers on SEWA policies, procedures, and available online services (e.g., SEWA’s customer portal).
  • Coordinate with SEWA’s technical teams to address service disruptions or maintenance requests.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and SEWA’s service standards.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in promoting SEWA’s digital platforms and sustainability initiatives to customers.

Sewa Jobs Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in utilities, telecom, or a related sector.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric approach.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and have experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Zoho.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Knowledge of UAE utility services and billing processes.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working with SEWA or similar utility providers (e.g., DEWA, ADDC).
  • Familiarity with SEWA’s online platforms and payment systems.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Hindi, Urdu) to cater to Dubai’s diverse population.
  • Valid UAE residence visa with NOC for transfer.
