Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to healthcare institutions (e.g., Hamad Medical Corporation, Primary Health Care Corporation) on operational efficiency, policy implementation, and patient care improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain confidential relationships with senior healthcare professionals and government entities.
- Project Management: Lead high-stakes projects, ensuring timely delivery within sensitive timelines and budgets.

Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field. An MBBS or equivalent medical degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in healthcare consulting, hospital administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role.
- Skills:
- Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for discreet stakeholder interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Familiarity with mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush) for creating professional content is a strong advantage.
- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Licences: Valid Qatar residency or transferable visa (NOC required). A Qatar driving licence is a plus.
- Other: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with Qatar’s healthcare regulations (e.g., QCHP, SCH) is an advantage.
