Job Description: High Voltage Technicians.

• High Voltage Technicians: You should have training and work experience in power, oil, and gas. Electrical maintenance activities require a minimum of 6 years of experience. Maintenance work is also required in 33 kV and 11 kV electrical distribution systems, including overhead lines and high-voltage underground cables. We also need 33 kV and 11 kV agents, high-voltage contactors, 11 kV and 415 V electrical distribution solutions, related relay panels, and street torches.
• Operation and routine, penal support, regular check on live line washing and street light support, and overhaul. In addition, we carried out repairs on the 33 kV high lines and the 33 kV, 11 kV, and 415 kV feeders. We also repaired HV cables, transformers, reactors, capacitor banks, and all other high-voltage outdoor and indoor equipment.
• Carry out fault finding and repair on high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) lines, including HV transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, etc.
• Familiarise yourself with the support and repair of batteries and AC/DC UPS.
• Familiarity with Electrical Switching and Segregation procedure
• Experience in overhead line support and repair.
• Experience with earthing and lighting system support.
