KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Specialist Join: Content Creation & Management:
✅ Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
✅ Design graphics, videos, and carousel posts using Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
✅ Write compelling captions in English and Arabic (Hindi/Bengali/Tagalog preferred)
✅ Develop job posting content for house drivers, housemaids, nannies, elderly care workers
✅ Create success stories and testimonials from our 5,000+ placed workers
Platform Management:
✅ Manage 5+ social media accounts across different platforms
✅ Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite
✅ Monitor engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and enquiries.
✅ Run Facebook and Instagram ads for recruitment campaigns
✅ Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms
Campaign Development:
✅ Develop recruitment campaigns targeting 7 countries (Bangladesh, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Philippines, Sri Lanka)
✅ Create viral TikTok content showcasing Qatar opportunities
✅ Design WhatsApp Business catalogs and automated responses
✅ Plan and execute live streaming sessions and Q&A events
Analytics & Reporting:
✅ Track KPIs: follower growth, engagement rates, lead generation
✅ Generate monthly reports on social media performance
✅ Analyze competitor social media strategies
✅ Optimize content based on performance data
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Social Media Specialist Join: Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years proven experience in social media marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns
- Experience with recruitment or manpower industry (preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Video editing software
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media analytics tools
