Job description
Responsible for inspecting, adjusting, and maintaining vehicle wheel alignment and balancing systems. The candidate should have practical experience operating wheel alignment machines and diagnosing tyre wear and steering-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform wheel alignment for different types of vehicles.
- Operate computerized wheel alignment equipment.
- Inspect suspension, steering, tyres, and related components.
- Check and adjust camber, caster, and toe angles according to specifications.
- Perform wheel balancing when required.
- Identify uneven tyre wear and recommend corrective action.
- Maintain alignment equipment and follow workshop safety procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician.
- Practical experience operating wheel alignment machines.
- Knowledge of steering and suspension systems.
- Experience with computerized alignment equipment preferred.
- ITI or automotive technical training preferred.
- Indian nationality required.
