Job description
We are hiring experienced Welders for an ongoing project at Ras Laffan, Qatar. Candidates must have hands-on experience in both Carbon Steel (CS) and Stainless Steel (SS) welding and be ready for immediate mobilization.Responsibilities
- Perform welding works on Carbon Steel (CS) and Stainless Steel (SS) materials.
- Carry out welding as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare, fit, align, and weld pipes, structures, equipment, and components.
- Inspect weld joints and ensure proper welding quality.
- Use appropriate welding methods, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform grinding, cutting, cleaning, and finishing of welded joints.
- Follow welding procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors, fitters, and other site personnel.
- Maintain welding equipment and work areas in safe working condition.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Welder in industrial/construction projects.
- Must have practical experience in both CS and SS welding.
- Relevant welding certificates/qualifications are required where applicable.
- Ability to read and understand welding drawings and specifications.
- Candidates must be medically fit and available for immediate mobilization.
- Must comply with project safety and quality requirements.
- Muslim candidates only, as specified due to current visa restrictions.
- Candidates should be ready to attend the interview as scheduled.
