Job description
We are hiring Team Members for restaurant operations. The role involves food preparation, cooking, customer service, order handling, cashier/packing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations.Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to brand standards.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Handle cashier, packing, and transaction duties as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counter, lobby, and equipment.
- Monitor food quality, stock, and expiry dates.
- Minimize food wastage and follow food-safety procedures.
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
- Support and assist other team members as required.
Requirements
- Education: High School.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; no experience required.
- Neat, presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Minimum height: 5 feet 4 inches
- No tattoos
- Age: 21 to 30 years old
