Job description
We are hiring experienced Storekeepers for a restaurant/catering operation in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have previous Saudi or GCC experience, preferably in food service, catering, or restaurant operations.Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming food, beverages, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Store items properly according to company procedures and food-safety requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests.
- Issue materials to departments against authorized requests.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage or stock losses.
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area.
Requirements
- Previous Saudi/GCC experience as a Storekeeper.
- Restaurant, catering, food-service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Experience handling food and non-food inventory.
- Good knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.
- Candidates must be medically fit and available as required.
- Muslim candidates only.
