Job description
Tailoring and Textiles in Doha, Qatar, is looking for a customer-focused Salesman / Coordinator with experience in retail sales or tailoring shops. The candidate will manage customer inquiries, coordinate garment orders, communicate order requirements to the workshop, and follow up on production and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their tailoring requirements.
- Explain tailoring services, garment options, and pricing.
- Receive and record customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the Cutting Master and tailoring workshop.
- Follow up on order progress, alterations, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain customer records and order documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine service issues professionally.
- Support sales activities and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist with private orders and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Candidates from India or Nepal may apply.
- Previous experience in retail sales or a tailoring shop.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu.
- Ability to handle customers and coordinate with workshop staff.
- Good organizational skills and attention to order details.
- Knowledge of tailoring services and garment orders preferred.
- Arabic-speaking ability is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in Doha, Qatar, for 10 hours per day.
