Job description
We are hiring experienced Operations Specialists/Supervisors for a restaurant/catering operation in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have previous Saudi or GCC experience, preferably in catering, food service, or restaurant operations.Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant/catering operations.
- Coordinate staff and ensure smooth workflow across operational areas.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company operating standards are followed.
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, purchasing, and management teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and operational discipline.
- Handle operational issues and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure adequate availability of supplies and equipment.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate issues to management.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous Saudi/GCC experience in restaurant, catering, food service, or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience in an operations/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant or catering operations.
- Good leadership and staff-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be medically fit and available as required.
