Job description
We are hiring experienced Multi Technicians for a facilities management project in Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of various building services and equipment.Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works across the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance issues.
- Inspect equipment and identify faults or abnormalities.
- Carry out routine maintenance as per schedules and work orders.
- Attend breakdown and maintenance complaints promptly.
- Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi Technician in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of multiple maintenance trades.
- Basic English speaking ability is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance problems.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a facility environment.
- Candidates should follow safety and quality standards.
