Job description
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction and steel structure projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant UAE experience and strong technical knowledge of MEP design, installation, testing, commissioning, and applicable construction standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate MEP works across construction and steel structure projects.

- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations with civil and structural teams.
- Ensure MEP systems are installed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress, work quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and installation issues.
- Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, project standards, and authority requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant UAE experience as an MEP Engineer.
- Experience in construction and steel structure projects is preferred or required according to project needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and construction drawings.
- Experience in site coordination, quality control, and project execution.
- Knowledge of applicable UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
