Job Specification for the Mechanical Technician for Equipment Store - LREDC Project
1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in road sweeping or diesel-hydraulic equipment maintenance.
2. Strong knowledge of diesel engine troubleshooting, servicing, and major repairs.
3. Experience repairing hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves, cylinders, and hydraulic systems.
4. Ability to diagnose and repair electrical wiring, sensors, control panels, and starting problems.
5. Experience troubleshooting brush systems, suction systems, hydraulic drive failures, and oil leakage.
6. Ability to read hydraulic and electrical diagrams and carry out fault diagnosis independently.
7. Experience in preventive maintenance, major overhauling, and spare parts identification.
8. Equipment: Karcher KM 150/500, KM 130, ISAL 6000, Roots RD160, Dulevo 3000, Macro M40/M60, Spider Lift 4200, X16 and similar machine
