Job description
Supervise and coordinate valet parking operations, ensuring smooth vehicle handling, customer service, and efficient parking management. The supervisor will lead valet staff, monitor daily operations, and ensure compliance with company and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of valet parking staff.
- Manage vehicle receiving, parking, retrieval, and handover operations.
- Ensure vehicles are handled safely and professionally.
- Assign duties and shifts to valet drivers.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and collection.
- Maintain proper records of vehicles and keys.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Report vehicle damage, incidents, or operational problems to management.
- Coordinate with security, facility, and client representatives when required.
Requirements
- Qatar Driving License: Mandatory
- Previous experience in valet parking, parking operations, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling ability.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
- Valid documents and willingness to work in Qatar.
