Job description
Responsible for supervising golf cart operations, ensuring smooth transportation of guests, proper vehicle handling, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily golf cart operations and schedules.
- Coordinate and assign golf carts to drivers/operators.
- Ensure golf carts are clean, safe, and operational.
- Monitor drivers and ensure compliance with company safety procedures
- Assist guests with transportation and provide courteous service.
- Check cart condition, battery levels, and basic maintenance requirements.
- Report accidents, damages, or technical issues to management.
- Maintain daily operation and inspection records.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor operational issues.
Requirements
- Male candidates preferred.
- Previous experience as a Golf Cart Supervisor / Golf Cart Operator / Transport Supervisor preferred.
- Experience in a hotel, resort, golf club, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise a team and manage daily operations.
- Basic knowledge of golf cart safety and maintenance.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
