Job description
Responsible for handling laundry operations onboard Offshore & Barges/Vessels, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and proper distribution of clothes and linen as per company standards.Responsibilities
- Rotation: 90–120 days offshore + 7 days field break
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and distribute laundry.
- Handle uniforms, workwear, bed linen, towels, and other laundry items.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, irons, and laundry equipment safely.
- Check laundry for stains, damage, and cleanliness.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the laundry area.
- Follow laundry procedures and prevent loss or damage of personal items.
- Report equipment malfunction or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper records and inventory of laundry supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Laundry Man.
- GCC catering experience is mandatory.
- Previous offshore/barges/vessels experience is an advantage.
- Maximum age 45 years.
- Must be medically fit and willing to work offshore.
- Must be prepared to work on the specified offshore rotation.
- Candidates should successfully complete pre-interview screening.
