Job description
The JCB Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently at construction sites. The role involves handling excavation, loading, lifting, and site preparation tasks while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate JCB machines for excavation, trenching, loading, and material handling.
- Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance checks of equipment.
- Ensure safe operation of machinery at all times.
- Follow site supervisor instructions and project plans accurately.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist with site preparation and other heavy equipment tasks as required.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a JCB Operator.
- Good understanding of construction site safety regulations.
- Ability to work 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
