Job description
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician for a facilities management project in Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment to ensure reliable operation.Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Inspect air-conditioning equipment and identify faults.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and components.
- Carry out routine servicing and cleaning of HVAC equipment.
- Check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, motors, and controls.
- Attend HVAC breakdown and maintenance complaints.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Complete maintenance reports and work orders.
- Follow safety procedures and facility maintenance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Basic English speaking ability is required.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC faults.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in a facility environment.
