Job description
We are hiring 10 Housekeeping Supervisors for a full-time role in Doha, Qatar.
The supervisor leads a team of housekeeping staff and makes sure every assigned area is clean, tidy and ready to standard, every shift.
Salary and benefits: QAR 1,300 basic per month, with food, accommodation and transportation provided by the company. Weekly off: Friday.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the housekeeping team during each shift
- Assign daily duties and check that work is completed on time
- Inspect rooms, offices and common areas for cleanliness and standards
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and safety
- Track cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Report maintenance issues and damage to the management
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred
- Able to lead and motivate a team
- Basic English communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work shifts
- GCC experience is an advantage
