Job description
Responsible for preparing fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meals for a private household according to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals according to household requirements.
- Cook a variety of local, Asian, and international dishes as required.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Plan menus and manage food ingredients efficiently.
- Purchase, store, and monitor food supplies when required.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper food storage.
- Clean and maintain kitchen utensils and cooking equipment.
- Follow the employer’s instructions regarding meals and preferences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a House Cook / Private Cook preferred.
- Good knowledge of different cuisines and cooking methods.
- Ability to prepare fresh, hygienic, and nutritious meals.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Physically fit, reliable, and well-mannered.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
