Job description
Seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Helpers to support daily manufacturing and production operations. The selected candidates will assist with material handling, packing, loading and unloading, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and supporting production staff to ensure smooth factory operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily plastic manufacturing and production activities.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
- Pack, label, sort, and arrange plastic products.
- Assist machine operators and production workers as required.
- Inspect products for visible defects and report damaged items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the factory.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required production schedule.
Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred; freshers may be considered.
- Physically fit and capable of performing routine factory duties.
- Willingness to work in a plastic manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Willingness to work 12 hours per day, subject to applicable employment rules.
