Skills
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BMS Operator or in BMS operations/monitoring., • Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial facilities is preferred., • Proficiency in operating BMS software and monitoring/control interfaces., • Basic understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building services., • Ability to interpret alarms, trends, equipment status, and BMS graphics., • Good troubleshooting and communication skills., • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office., • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
Job description
<p class="MsoNormal">The BMS Operator is responsible for the day-to-day
operation, monitoring, and control of Building Management Systems (BMS<b>)</b>
to ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable performance of building automation
systems. The role involves monitoring HVAC, electrical, lighting, and other
building systems through the BMS interface, responding to alarms, and
coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.<o:p></o:p></p>

Requirements
