Job description
Responsible for preparing high-quality Arabic cuisine for personnel working on offshore facilities and barges/vessels. The candidate must have relevant GCC catering experience and be willing to work on an offshore rotation.Responsibilities
- Prepare Arabic and other required meals according to approved menus.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Prepare ingredients and manage cooking activities efficiently.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Monitor food stocks and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the catering team to ensure timely meal service.
- Follow offshore accommodation and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
- GCC catering experience is mandatory.
- Previous offshore/barges/vessels catering experience is preferred.
- Must be willing and medically cleared to work in an offshore environment.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
- Must be available for the required offshore rotation.
- Work Rotation: 90–120 days offshore, followed by 7 days field break, then return to the same location.
