Urgent Manpower Requirement: We are urgently hiring qualified and experienced construction professionals for a long-term industrial project in Ras Laffan. Candidates with Gulf experience and relevant trade certifications are preferred. Immediate mobilisation is required.

Job Overview & Responsibilities
Mason
- Laying of concrete blocks, bricks, and plastering
- Setting tiles and finishing surfaces
- Interpretation of basic drawings and alignment

Experience with cement mixtures, tools, and site safety
Shuttering Carpenter
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling shuttering/formwork
- Installation of moulds for beams, columns, and slabs
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and materials

Ensuring structural alignment and form accuracy
Steel Fixer (Rebar Worker)
- Cutting, bending, and tying reinforcement steel bars
- Reading and interpreting structural blueprints
- Placing steel bars as per construction specifications

Familiarity with hand tools and safety standards
Working Conditions
- Duty Hours: 8 hours/day
- Guaranteed Overtime: 2 hours/day
- Work Days: 6 days/week

Project Duration: 2 Years (Extendable based on performance and project needs)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 1100/month
- Overtime: QAR 200/day for 2 hours
- Food: Provided by the company (Free)
- Accommodation & Transportation: Provided

Estimated Monthly Earnings with Overtime: QAR 1300
Required Documents (For Application):
Urgent Manpower Requirement: To apply, candidates must submit the following:
- Copy of Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Recent Passport-size Photograph (white background)
- Trade/Skill Certificate from ITI or equivalent authority

Experience Certificate (Minimum 2 years in the relevant trade)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age between 21 to 45 years
- Must have minimum 2 years of trade-specific experience (Gulf experience preferred)
- Physically fit and medically cleared for construction site work
- Able to communicate in basic English or Hindi; Arabic is an advantage
