Job Description

Job Description: A sous chef is responsible for planning and managing food and beverage operations in an eatery kitchen. Furthermore, they assist the head chef and act as the second in command when needed. These self-proclaimed individuals do many things, like plan meals, train new employees, and keep track of the force.

SOUS CHEF Job Responsibilities:

Provide food for entertaining clients and internal parties at the guest house. In addition to purchasing and managing inventory, serve the branch manager in Doha meals. Furthermore, buy food and equipment in stock. We plan to purchase food and silver along with a work car. We need to clean the kitchen and dining room. Furthermore, I want to know how the hotel is run and who works there. We can add more tasks if both parties agree.

Qualifications: SOUS CHEF

  • Nepalese
  • The candidate must have ten years of experience.
  • With Japanese cuisine, experience is a plus.
  • Also, College Graduates have attended different seminars and training related to Food, Beverages, Safety, Hygiene, etc.
  • With a positive attitude and work ethic
  • Furthermore, working hours are 8 (3 shifts) daily between 06:00 and 20:00, Saturday through Thursday. We will pay an overtime allowance for any hours worked beyond this.
