Job Description:

Nesto Hypermarket Jobs: As part of the Nesto Hypermarket team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing daily retail operations, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and professionally assisting customers. Each role contributes to the smooth functioning of the store and to delivering a top-tier shopping experience to customers.

Role-Specific Requirements:

Cashiers:

• Basic math and POS knowledge
• Friendly attitude with customers

• Previous retail cashier experience preferred

Sales Staff / Merchandisers:

• Knowledge of product placement and stock rotation
• Sales-driven with good communication

• Ability to lift and arrange heavy stock if needed

Warehouse helpers/cleaners:

• Physically fit and hardworking
• Willingness to work in back-end operations

• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory

General Requirements:

• Age: 21–40 years
• Physically fit and ready to work flexible hours
• Basic English communication (Arabic a plus)

• GCC experience in retail is an advantage

Weekly interviews conducted at select Nesto outlets
