Mobile Developer: iOS & Android

Your Mobile Mission:

  • Develop native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C
  • Build powerful Android apps using Kotlin and Java
  • Create cross-platform applications using React Native or Flutter
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
  • Implement AI-powered features (resume scanning, job matching, recruitment scoring)
  • Work with UI/UX designers to create pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces
  • Optimise app performance, battery usage, and memory management
  • Implement push notifications, deep linking, and offline functionality
  • Handle App Store and Google Play Store submissions and updates
  • Ensure mobile security best practices and data protection

What We Need From You

Mobile Developer: iOS & Android

iOS Development: mobile application development

  • Strong experience with Swift and Objective-C
  • Proficiency with iOS SDK, Xcode, and iOS frameworks
  • Knowledge of UIKit, SwiftUI, and Auto Layout
  • Experience with Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Location
  • Understanding of iOS app lifecycle and memory management
  • App Store submission and review process experience

Mobile Developer Android Development:

  • Solid experience with Kotlin and Java
  • Proficiency with Android Studio and Android SDK
  • Knowledge of Material Design principles and guidelines
  • Experience with Android Jetpack components and Architecture Components
  • Database integration (Room, SQLite) and local storage
  • Google Play Store publishing and optimisation experience

Cross-Platform & General Skills:

  • Experience with React Native or Flutter (bonus!)
  • RESTful API integration and JSON parsing
  • Mobile security practices and authentication (OAuth, JWT)
  • Performance optimisation and app analytics integration
  • Mobile testing frameworks and debugging tools
  • Version control with Git and collaborative development
  • Push notification services (FCM, APNs)

Advanced Skills:

  • Experience integrating AI/ML models in mobile apps
  • Camera integration, image processing, and document scanning
  • Payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, local payment methods)
  • Maps integration and location-based services
  • Progressive Web Apps (PWA) development
  • Offline-first architecture and data synchronisation

  Mobile Developer Bonus Points:

  • Experience with recruitment or HR mobile applications
  • Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
  • Understanding of app monetisation strategies
