Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Experience: 3+ years in hospitality management, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
✔ Cultural Fit: Indian nationality with an understanding of Indian guest preferences and cultural nuances.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office.
✔ Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
✔ Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English; Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus.
✔ Education: Degree in hospitality management or a related field.
