General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Garde manager cook may ask to perform additional tasks by the chef or sous chef. The cook should perform these tasks quickly and to the best of his ability. The garden manager chef will possess a broad knowledge concerning hygiene and food safety

Education: College Completion of Chef Diploma
Experience: 4 to 5 years experience as Garde manager, two years as salad Maker.
