Responsibilities: Restaurant Supervisors

• Supervise and set up the restaurant’s daily activities to ensure service goes smoothly and quickly.
• Train and direct restaurant staff to maintain high customer service, cleaning, and hygiene standards.
• Check the stock amounts and work with the management team to order the necessary supplies.
• Ensure all health and safety rules, food handling, and cleaning.
• Respond quickly and well to customer complaints and questions, and try to solve problems to the customer’s pleasure.
• Manage plans, give out jobs, and keep track of hiring levels to get the most work done.
• Watch how to cash and ensure the daily sales reports are correct.
• Do reviews of how well team members are doing and give them helpful comments.
• Use tactics to bring in as much money as possible while keeping costs and quality high.
• Work with the kitchen staff to make sure that the front and back of the house work together well.
• Keep up with new menu items, industry trends, and customer tastes to improve the dining experience.

Female Restaurant Supervisors

• Nationality: Candidates are from India and Africa.
• Gender: female candidates only.
• Age: Must be below 30 years old.
• Education: a high school diploma or something similar. Also, additional skills in hospitality or related fields would be an advantage.
