Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management
- Build and expand Mahad IT’s presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Manage clients’ social media accounts, developing strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
- Please schedule posts, monitor comments, and respond to enquiries on time.
Website and Job Portal Management
- Update content and enhance user experience on Mahad Group of Companies’ websites and job portals.
- Ensure social posts and job listings are visually appealing and optimised for engagement.
- Work with the tech team to implement features and resolve issues.
Content Creation
- Write SEO-optimised content for social media, blogs, and newsletters (e.g., job search tips, industry trends).
- Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action to drive traffic to job portals.
Graphic Design and Artwork
- Create stunning graphics, banners, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Design branded visuals for social media, client campaigns, and Mahad Group of Companies’ MENA marketing efforts.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor social media performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Deliver monthly reports on engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, with actionable insights.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote job openings, events, or client services.
- Leverage paid advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads) to target UAE job seekers and employers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a social media specialist, ideally in recruitment or HR.
- Expertise in managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- The candidate should be proficient in graphic design tools, including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- I have strong content writing skills, with a focus on engagement and SEO.
- I have gained experience in managing websites, such as WordPress, and managing job portals.
- The candidate must possess analytical skills to track and interpret social media and website metrics.
- The candidate should possess the ability to manage multiple client accounts and multitask effectively.
- The candidate must be based in the UAE.
Preferred Skills
- The ideal candidate should have experience using push notification tools such as OneSignal or PushEngage for job alerts.
